We make every effort to decrease the cost of your sessions, and therefore, we request payment arrangements for all therapy sessions at the time they are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Some insurance plans may require that you get prior authorization from them before you visit us. Since this differs by plan, please check with your insurance company so you can receive complete benefits from your coverage.
Many insurance plans have a copayment or co-insurance that is due by you at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks and most major credit cards at our office.

We offer a sliding scale for you that is based on your income and family size to help you out in these tough times.

We use Paypal to process our credit cards. Thus there is a process fee for you to use your credit card. Processing fees are as follows:
Visa, MasterCard or Discover is 2.9% + .30.
American Express is 3.5% + .30.
